Just wanted to give you all some suggestions. I have started taking CBD and it is amazing. I have the 1mg spray of Plus CBD (Peppermint) and you spray twice one a day, and during the day, if I ever get a little anxious or overwhelmed, I vape Koi CBD vape juice 250mg (Jade Flavor). It has really helped me with anxiety symptoms and overall just gives me a piece of calm. The Koi vape juice can be taken as a tincture as well.
I have the Smok Resa Stick as my vape, but i’m not really a big fan of it, so I ordered the TheFinePin Discreet vape (you can use CBD oil and vape juice in it). there’s a 40% coupon for the TheFinePen website as well. If you have trouble buying the Koi vape juice on their site, then you can go to purecbdvapors.com. they also have a lot of cbd oils, vape juices, and vapes as well. Koi products don’t have THC in it. The Plus CBD night have a trace, probably 0.3%, because it’s full spectrum CBD Oil.
Hope this information helps someone! Please make sure you do your own research first before purchasing, to make sure you find which one is best for you.

Is it possible for Cbd to have an adverse effect? For instance when I tried cbd I felt far more depressive when I had it than when I did not. I don’t know a whole lot about it or how much I should be taking, however I thought this would be an interesting thing to bring up...
How many milligrams were you taking how much a day? Some CBD oils are full spectrum, which will have some traces of THC and other parts of the plant in it. Others will have be CBD isolate, which means that they take literally everything out the plant, and keep only the CBD only. The full-spectrum might be a little much for some people because it’s not CBD isolate. I vape the Koi CBD, which is CBD isolate. It has no THC or anything else other than CBD
Hmmm it’s hard to say because I smoked it in a vape. Is it possible to smoke “too much”? Personally I love the idea of it, I just wish I had a better first experience
I don’t think you can smoke too much CBD because it’s not psychoactive, but it also depends on the brand of CBD because each brand is different and they add stuff to their vape juice. Koi, Hemp Bombs, CBDfx and Hot Juice are some of the best CBD vape juices. Koi, Hemp Bombs and Hot Juice are non-THC. I’m not completely sure about the CBDfx.
I have a spray by Plus CBD. they have capsules, creams/lotions and even drinks. CBDfx has a lot of different options. But if you want something that can help you immediately, vaping the way to go. But if you take it by the mouth, such as with a capsule or oil drops, it will stay in you right system longer.
Too much cbd can actually have the opposite effect and cause heightened anxiety (speaking from previous experience) you have a cannabinoid system in your body which you slowly need to wake up. I have never vaped and take oil under my tongue so can't recommend what you would start with with vaping. I have found that anyone with anxiety that felt cbd oil has made them worse have actually taken too much.
Olwen1990 that’s true, especially if you take a higher dosage. I’m starting out small with 250mg, but i’m working up to 500mg, no more than that. taking too much of a higher dosage of Full-spectrum CBD can be a lot too because it have all the benefits of the hemp plants, including traces of THC.
Yeah I am on full spectrum. So glad it's working for someone else! I literally recommend it to everyone as it's not only helped my anxiety it's helped a shoulder injury I have had for a while and some hip and back issues I have. Good luck on your cbd journey!
I have been taking cbd for almost a year now and can't believe the difference! This is the first time I have posted since my last post recommending it to people. So glad more people with anxiety are taking cbd and getting the same results as I have. I do still get little bits of anxiety, just like how i assume "nornal" people do but it is so manageable
