Hi.I don`t know what do you mean for having Depersonalization .In research such word was used when a person was join a group and following the ideas of the group without thinking at the consequences as in the riot of 2011.Also is used when a person has been bullied, so could be emotional abuse or as in the world war 2 when Nazi used depersonalization against Jews.Do you feel that the world around you seem unreal? It seems to you that you`re living in a film or in a dream? Do you recognize who you are?Have you talked to your GP about these symptoms?

Try to speak with someone and do some relaxing breathing. I know how hard it is I have been like this for thirteen months. Play some relaxing music and think of a nice calm place and breath slowly. When calm try to do something like draw a picture or watch a happy movie. Don't give in you will be fine believe you can make it through each day.

I suffer from the same exact thing ive had the dearealization or despersonalitation how they call it for 3 months at first i was panicked and i still have it but its not as bad as before i learned not to focus much on it i know its not easy but heres what we have to learn people like us that suffer anxiety we over think things so when this happens we get into a cycle if trying to find whats wrong and just keep thinking about the symptom it just makes it worse so its better to try to focus on something else

If your extremities feel numb, which is what makes it feel like you are not holding something, yet you are. Try some light exercise. This will help increase your circulation and hopefully provide you some relief. Speak with a local psychiatrist. They would be able to provide more insightful information. Good luck and I hope it all works out for you.
