Does anyone get worse when it's raining and not a lot of sun I feel so tired and unreal and detatched from everything

Yes I definitely get worse when the weather is bad my mood is worse and my symptoms are worse I can't wait for bedtime

Its been raining since yesterday and I notice I'm more anxious.

This shows you that we are all different.  Rainy days calm my anxiety and make it easier for me to push my agoraphobia aside and go to the store.  When it's sunny and bright, it bothers my eyes which are already blurry as well as too much stimulation of a lot of people and cars out for the day.

apayett,  I wish that for all of us as well.  Having a forum like this, helps us all get through the tough times so that one day we can celebrate our success in beating anxiety  :)

Definitely, I feel like for me it has something to do with the humidity.

Have you tried supplementing with Vitamin D?  It can get low when you don't get enough sun.

I don't take meds is there foods oh can eat
