Stick with us as we all move toward a new and better way of life - a better way of life that our anxiety is urging us to discover. It will be a painful journey but it will be worth it. Stick with us Love!

Yes, it is at first, but it gets easier. You've done plenty of hard things in your life and you can handle this one, too.

Pick something small and do it anyway. Wash some dishes or mop a floor or go for a short walk. Seriously anything. You've got this Shaymocha.

It would be very rare if it actually happened. Remember: anxiety is a big liar.

Unfortunately Shaymocha, Anxiety knows no age. Young or old, man or woman can

get hit with anxiety at anytime in their lives. When our minds reach the point of being

over saturated with fear and stress, the body reacts with physical symptoms.

Learning to lower the stress in our lives is the beginning. It has nothing to do with being

stronger or more capable of overcoming anxiety. Actually, we never really overcome as

much as we do accept it as not harmful and than find our own ways dealing with

stressful situations in our lives.

Life comes with it's ups and downs everyday. It's how we learn from our own experiences

that makes us strong. It's more than taking a pill and having therapy. It's about retraining our mind and not allowing the lies our brain tells us to take over control of

our lives. Anything worthwhile takes daily practice. For myself Shaymocha, instead of

hitting the books, I was hitting the videos on You Tube everyday. From Meditation,

DeepBreathing, Affirmation, Self Hypnosis, Self Confidence and on and on. Until that

is all my mind heard...Positive Reinforcement.

You will be there one day but it can't be done by wishing it so. It takes action in going

forward and we are all here to help you take that first step. Sending you calm

and peace but most of all, sending you HOPE> xx
