Hi there, ive been suffering of anxiety disorder for about a year now. Ive accepted the fact i have anxiety and some times when i can, i welcome the panic attacks, but lately since started school, my anxiety levels have been high. I could be sitting in class and out no where boom my thoughts start raise or i feel lightheaded and my anxiety goes up the roof, i start to panic and sometimes i have to leave class,i dont know what should i do? Take medication

I have the exact same feelings! Totally fine until I get to class

I just tell myself to take deep breaths and sometimes it works but sometimes I have to leave as well
