Still afraid to sleep

I'm so tired of feeling so sick and tired. I dread going to sleep every night and no one should have to live this way it's making me depressed.

Does anyone feel like they are going to pass out while your asleep. What the heck is this feeling???

Do you ever feel like your heart has stopped while asleep too???

I just want answers. No I just want to feel normal again.

So frustrated :(

hiya pink1181, have you spoken to your gp or anyone about this? although I cannot answer your questions, I am aware that there will be others who can .

if you do not have any replies tomorrow, please re-post it as I don't want it to be missed.

regards,

hamble.

Hello hamble

Thank you for responding to my post.

I've only ever spoken to a nurse practitioner about it and she thinks it's because I'm stressing about it so it's always in the back of my mind.

All I know is I'm tired of feeling this way. I'm exhausted from not sleeping well and so tired of being terrified of sleep :(

I can only suggest you talk to your gp and see what they think.

I don't sleep well, but I think it must be awful to be afraid of sleeping. But, you are not the first and won't be the last person to feel this way.

Your gp should be able to help. maybe you could make a list of things you want to discuss.

regards,

hamble.

Yes good idea I do need to make a list of things and symptoms I want to talk with her about.

It's hard for me to wrap my head around this that all these horrible symptoms are caused from anxiety.

I don't want to be scared anymore

Hope your having a good day
