Hi that's a new one to me. Maybe you had dehydration or seen someone with that and you feel you need to drink lots of water? There will be a reason you feel like this. I'm sure someone else will reply give you more Info than I can
This sounds familiar. I used to sip water constantly during panic attacks because it reassured me that I could breathe, could swallow and therefore was not dying.
Drinking a couple of litres a day is within guidelines. If that helps you then it's good you've found a way through your panic. But if you feel thirsty and dry despite drinking it's worth getting checked out to make sure there's no other issue.
There are lots of coping strategies out there to help manage panic attacks and anxiety and its worth seeking out some others that can support you. The tapping thing, can't recall its name, is weird but effective! And won't send you to the bathroom all day....
I can't be much help, but I do know that being thirsty all the time is one of the major symptoms of Diabetes. Please get your GP to check you for this, just in case.
Iv had anxiety panic attacks for 9 years and you won't see me without a bottle of water! I carry one everywhere I drink loads it's like a comfort if I know I can swallow means my throat isn't cloasing or anything
