Hi. I have the same as you. I have it at this moment. A few weeks ago I had an ECG 'cause my heart was beating too fast and every thing was ok. I also suffer from vertigo. Don't worry it's anxiety.xx
I feel excatly the same ! It's horrible my arms go weak my head feels rank like it wants to fall off and I want to pass out amongst other things the list is huge ;(
I couldn't believe it that it was just anxiety 3 years ago when I felt like I couldn't breathe, because I wasn't anxious about anything. But all the tests ruled everything else out.
I got over that and now I feel my heart racing 24/7 and I feel like I'm going to pass out all the time, with intermittent vertigo. They say it's anxiety and I just want the tests to be done so I can see. Now with anything that comes up, it's instantly credited to anxiety and I just want them to check.
I'm only anxious about how I feel if that makes send I have lots of issues buzzing in ears heavy head neck stiff as a board my arms go weak and fuzzy random and frequent feelings of yuckiness like I want to pass out I feel like I'm floating sometimes and really off balance it gets me down so much my heart used to race but ignore it now it's this horrid feeling I can't get rid off are they going to give you any tests ? My docs just done bloods again but says he doesn't expect to find anything I've been like this since Feb/March now I have had a really tough start to the year but could it really leave me like this I'm so miserable it's not fair on my family
Yeah, they've finally referred me to cardiology. I meet with them on Wednesday. I just wish they would have sent me over there a couple months back like I had asked so I can get on with my life and not have to take time off work and so on.
It's so weird that this all just kicks off and feels terrible.
After my first panic attack my resting heart rate was high like yours for weeks on end. Only when I finally gave in and took tablets from the doctor did it slow down- propranolol beta-blockers. I take 2 a day and ever since my symptoms have become less frequent (the constant shaking and heart beating fast). But I do still get random moments of a fuzzy head and dizziness.
The dizziness has been the worst symptom and like you I feel drunk a lot of the time like I'm unsteady and off balance even when I stand or sit still. Slowly getting used to it and I hope you do too.
I'm sorry I didn't see you had replied my heart still goes fast occasionally but I've accepted it's normal it's the test that bothers me it takes over my life please keep me posted about how you get on X
Totally anxiety. Anxiety tenses our muscles so you can have pain in head and face. Especially if you clench your jaw you will get face pain. You may not notice you are clenching even though you might be. I feel weak too almost everyday like my legs are like jello I can totally relate. Some days I think I will just faint or drop dead but never do. For you its your head i get episodes throughout the day where my head is foggy i cant focus and i feel like i am drunk too even though i havent had a sip of alcohol. Its tuff because anxiety plays tricks on us and can make us believe anything.
