Hello there. Acceptance is important. I was in denial too when my doc said it was anxiety, because I felt it had to be something more. When I accepted it I began to deal with my problems and find ways to help myself. I did lots of reaserch and began to find that stress management really helps my anxiety stay at bay. Find out what your triggers are and deal with them one at a time, maybe that will help you see things more clearly and you can begin to feel better. I know acceptance and anxiety management helped me and I hope it helps you.
