Tension head ache

I've had really bad tension head ache can anyone give any advice c pls

Hi Claire.im so sorry your still suffering with your headaches and don't seem to be getting any better.I can only add that you go and have your eyes tested,if you haven't already,to see if glasses would help xxx

I too suffer from tension headaches which won't go away. I've found that cocodamol and syndol are both good along with Vicks or 4head on my forehead and a heated neck pillow like you sometimes get at a spa. Only only draw back to syndol is it knocks me out for about 4 hours! I keep taking the tablets for a few days until headache had completely gone
