I get these but it only affects my left side where I carry tension / arm shoulder beck and head its awful . My anXiety Leada me to think it's a brain tumour or bleed ' then it's the vicious circle as the more you think that he more stressed I get.

Fresh air and a brisk walk is great for blowing off the cobwebs if you can try and go out for a few short or long walks a day

Try get a relaxing bed routine ha r a camomile or peppermint tea before bed , spray a lavender spray on pillow . If your heads all over the place write down your thoughts in whatever order then atleast they are out head and you can try sleep concentrate on breathing slowly and soon you will nod off x

i have been so many times to doctors with this ...only to be told it is stress ...i am now seeing a psychologist for therapy ...sick of the anxiety had it for years

Aww thank u so much this as eased my mind a little, it's horrible living like this day in day out, think I could do with seeing a therapy. All I want is to feel me for one day xx

Hi i suffered with the most horrendous headaches and tension, i used to get a weird flicking feeling in my head and pressure feeling like my head was going to explode. But in time i have lernt that because i am over thinking everything i am basically over loading my brain with thoughts and worries. What worked for me is mindfull ness meditation and journaling. the meditation really really helps clear my head just for 30 mins that's all i need when i start to get a headache i take my self off somewhere quite and just concentrate on my breathing, listening to it and feeling it. Look up on the app store for mindfull ness. also the journaling helps, i just wright down my thoughts and it basically unloads from my brain so to speak and helps clear my head that way.

My headaches are far less intense and the pressure felling has gone now.

I hope this helps you xx
