Anxiety is getting the best of me again.

I feel like I won't make it another day. I can't stop worrying. I can't sleep...I'm just worried about my health again. I went to the Dr for a swollen throat no pain or anything. They kept me a while cause my heart rate was up. But ever since then I have been worrying. Especially now because I'm also haveing ear pressure and pain. I just can't stop crying I am convinced that I'm going to die.

Hi ill, what did the dr say about your heart rate? I'm currently suffering the same kind of things, head pain, ear pressure, pain in my face...dr said it's stress and worry. I do have some inflammation in my face...maybe it's just all the worry and anxiety....hope you feel better

She said maybe I was just dehydrated...but I think my iron just dropped low again, I have iron deficiency

Ah that explains it, not having enough iron in your system counts for a lot of things all easily fixed heart rate increases when you are worried and stressed anyway...explains that too. Hope you feel a little better

Thank you, I've notice when I'm anxious and stressed my heart rate goes up when I try to sleep and I jolt awake

Oh a very common issue as you are tense so much when you are trying to sleep your body relaxes and that's when you notice all the issues your body feels.
