Can anyone help me with the symptoms I discribe.

Omg. I suffer from these awful belching spells all day and all night. It never lets up. I feel like it is a brick in the pit of my tummy. I cough but can't get any spit up. Throat is very red but not sore. I can't eat or drink without suffering even if it is the smallest amount of soup. I can't swallow anymore unless I burp. I wretch as if to through up but nothing gets by my throat. I need to take heart medicine, and other medicines for high blood pressure, hitis hernia, depression, statins, lansoprasol, diabetes for the past month controlled by tablets. Arthritis, cervical spodilosis, Fibromyalgia.now need to wear a hard neck brace to be worn all day. Pain killers, Voltorol gel. Diazepam, sleeping tablets. I recently had a bad cough and wheeze flu symptom. Since that I have had all the problems, cough can't get anything up. All of the above first 4 lines. When I went to see the doctor I was given 3 different antibiotics, steroid tablets, inhaler, been back since said nothing is changing. He now tells me I have post viral syndrome. Didn't look at my throat. Told me to come back in a few days. If I'm not able to take any medications again I will be going up to A & E tomorrow as I find it even difficult to swallow my own saliva. I get so sick of these problems and don't want to tell anyone what is wrong with me, because I get sick of my own health problems. So my husband must get sick of hearing my health problems. But he supports me. I do worry for him because it is the one who cares for you ends up getting ill themselves. Which he is at the moment. I hope someone out there has a solution to some of these problems. Living in hope. Gosh it is amazing just getting this off my chest. Thank you, sorry I have gone on way to much.

You are going through an awful lot I can imagine how this is sending your anxiety sky high !

You are taking quite a few medications there for your conditions which can cause side effects

Have you asked your GP if it is possible that anything you are taking could be contributing to this belching you are struggling with as in the past some meds have given me terrible indigestion problems & I have had to come of them & try something different that has suited me better

If you feel the GP you are seeing is not very helpful maybe see a different GP in the same surgery who may give you a meds review

Also with anxiety we can get these indigestion problems that cause belching as we do tend to gulp in air even though we don't realize it , I have had it & still do at times but the more I relaxed it got better

There are also some more very good forums on here for Fibro , heart etc that along with getting support & understanding on here might help you with your other health problems

You are not alone though so keep talking on here & I am sure as writing your post has given you some relief knowing you are not on your own & have people to listen even if we don't always have the answers is a relief as well
