Anyone online? Scared ;(

Suffering a panic attack not major but I'm scared I googled the pain in my arm by accident and yet again... Heart attack! I'm 16 it won't be that I know but I'm scared sonething will happen so shaking and have pain in my arm and slight in chest! Help me

Are you alone... can you get to a clinic... or call a freind The pain in your arm is not the only sign of a heart attack... what happened first the pain or the anxiety. Googling symptoms is not the best thing to do as there are many unhelpfull sites that will do nothing but fuel your anxiety..... keep posting if you need to talk... steve

I'm not alone im with my parents, my hearts been checked and its fine but looking online scared me! I had a slight pain i worried and it's worse x

Oh no golden rule Do not google, we have a ban on google as its the worst thing ever, they take every single thing and come up with the worst case scenario.. It could be a thousand and one things before it was the worst x I got upset as i had arm pain turned out it was my contraceptive implant sitting on a nerve x xTry to calm all is well x Donver

As Donver has said, don't ever google, huge no no.

It does sound like anxiety though Hun.

My daughter is your age and she has panic attacks. She copes with this with mindfulness.

Check out Head space or calm.com. Both are very good .

Hope your feeling ok now,only just read this post.I think your panic attack is because your worrying about your exam today.Agree with what the others have said,don't google,it can really scare you,and that makes the anxiety worse.
