Hi guys, I’ve been dealing with anxiety for about 6 months now and honestly I’m at my breaking point. I’ve had so many symptoms from chest and arm pain headaches neck stomach leg and jaw pain plus nausea. Today I felt fine until I tried to work out, I was so tired and I felt like I barely did anything. Now I take a nap and wake up feeling horrible with a fever. I just want it all to go away I’m so scared something is wrong with me but I’ve been to the hospital so many times

If working out stay away from pre workout. The caffeine in it will really get anxiety flying high. I know what it's like how you feel. I have it right now as well. Only 2 months. Be well my friend
Hi there. I have been there!! Anxiety does so many things to our bodies it just isn’t fair. I have gone to the doctor so many time as well to have them tell me it’s caused by anxiety.
Are you on any medication for your anxiety? Also - do you see a counselor or therapist? I have started doing both of those things and it’s helped me so much. Also - a lot of people have recommended Claire Weekes books. I just started one and it’s amazing. It’s like she’s in my head!
Just know that you ARE ok. Even though anxiety plays so many tricks on our bodies, we are OK!!! 💜💜
I don’t take anxiety medications, I tried a therapist but it seem like we couldn’t relate well. I’m thinking about seeing a psychiatrist.
I had to actually try a few different therapists until I found one that I clicked with. I am really glad I didn’t give up and found the right one. That’s awesome you are doing the same and continuing to try different people until you find the right fit!
