Ranitidine

I was put on Zantac 3weeks ago as an xtrs, with my lansoprazol,iv been told to now take 2aday instead of 1.but since my 2nd dose,feel yuk,anyone out ther had probs with ths tablet?

I don't think your supposed to take Zantac at the same time as Lansoprazol it says in the leaflet you should not take other antacids at the same time.

I don't take them at same time k,1 in the morn and the other at t,time,I have Ibsen and have had a bad tummy virus thes last couple of weeks have felt bad,it's upset everything that's y the docs given me the xtrs to take ,ie Zantac to settle things

I have taken Lansoprazol before & was ok

Maybe as Kenny says with them been to antacids might be upsetting you

Did your GP say to take them both ?

I would have a word with them & let them no how they are making you feel

I take a lansoprazole of a morning and have been put on one with ranitidine at night.

I find it hard to swallow the ranitidine and find it makes me feel yuk too.
