Hi Louise

You havnt been very well my love

Its great to hear you had a good day yesterday & was laughing & my favourite hobby shopping , even though as I don't often go out , its mostly done over the internet , but still enjoy it ;-)

I think sometimes when we have had a good day & then get up not feeling as good , it can hit us harder , because we have the disappointment as well to deal with

Be kind to yourself & look after you & I no there are going to be lots more days ahead of you , full of laughter

Love

We all feel like this when we are feeling low

You did so well yesterday , you do better than me , I cant even get out the house hardly ever , please don't drag yourself down feeling you are no use , because you are

You are not very well at the moment , like lots of us on here , but please , no way are you a pest

You didn't make it to Church today , but there are lots more Sundays , I bet you didn't think you could enjoy yourself as you did yesterday till it happened

Its small steps , there is no quick fix , but you will get there

We all have to believe that & that's why we all are here to support & encourage each other

Sending you big hugs

The Blf nurse I spoke to the other week said she was sure it could b my hiatus hernia wat could cause these probs,I was only at the docs the other day my sats and peak flow were good just like now, ther still at same levels,it's just my chests tight,I feel like this prob is controlling me

in reply to

I suppose when you suffer with Asthma , I no people get a tight chest , but then anxiety gives us a tight chest as well , so both together will make you feel worse

But try & stay positive , your peak flow readings are good , so I would imagine its the anxiety you are feeling making your chest feel tighter

They are so good now , with controlling asthma , as so many seem to suffer

I no its easy for me to say , but try not to worry

Finally had to go to urgent care centre after exhaustive tests, she was on iconvinced that reflux and hiatus hernia r to blame, for all the idiscomfort,
