This is a little off topic but just thought Id share one of my creations with you all as Ive been such a miserable moo recently, and today I feel a little more positive, so thought Id share with you and hopefully make us smile!

I think they end up in there anyway anne , someone moves them , well I have noticed they move my Will-i-am posts
Oh I wish he would hurry up , could you let him no I need the toilet
Well nothing at the mo , feeling sorry for myself & trying to stop my brain , talking
Will be on a cleaning mission later , with a little ironing thrown in maybe , see how I feel

I think the cleaning is fantastic therapy and stops your brain from thinking...... esp if you have will-I-am tunes on!!
Im just taking each day as it comes, I try not to put too much pressure on, its been such a horrid last 4 weeks and some days I don't know how I would get through the day........... but hey Im here...........
I have got to feeling anxious when I go out on my own, so I feel a bit of a prisoner at the min, but I push myself a little, just feels like my life is on hold at the min.......
But today Im feeling calm-ish so Im lapping it up!!
Have you done your wash or you phcying yourself up for that?? xx

Yes I managed it , now it will take me half a day to convince myself its done no harm
I am now on phcying myself up , to tackle these jobs of mine

hello I suffer from general anxiety disorder and bipolar.
I am on Propranalol.. i do find it helps with anxiety... I tried reducing it recently.. but became very breathless.. so decided to go back to the 40mgs three times a day. I love your name and face.. so sweet. bless you . Sonya.
Hello also have general anxity and prescided beta blockers and they have helped with reducing my heart rate and reducing anxity effects. However I managed to reduce from 40mgs to 20mgs ok but struggled to stop the 20mgs and had thumbing headaches when I stopped and GP told me to carry on 20mgs for a bit longer. I also tried slow release but my heart rate went under 50 which is not healthy unless I am sportsman.
