not feeling talkative

hi all hope ur well ,well today i feel like a human yoyo ! really fed up at the mo ,and i typicaly shut down but 2day im trying 2 fight it ,thought id get on here and try 2 make conversation as i dont have anyone 2 talk 2 : )

I no how you feel , I get bad heads & on one side my eye feels funny , & my cheek goes numb , it frightens me , been to GP they are not concerned , think I have an infection as well at the mo & the headaches i am getting are making my anxiety feel like its going through the roof & how much longer can I walk round feeling this way , its awful

We need to start to get back from this though & get are minds in a better place , easier said than done , but we can do it

my eye seems to fix focus & not move or won't focus,

and my cheek fees numb.

yes my eye sort of feels like that dry as well & numb round the cheek bone , i sort of touch it 2 make sure i have feeling which i do , it comes on all of a sudden & can stio like it for a couple of days & then goes again , it can be quite frightening when it does ,

i always try 2 think there is light at the end of the tunnel ,all i want is not 2 b like this anymore as ive lost everything because of it !! and i wonder how its affected my girls and that worries me as i feel like such a bad person because i cant bring myself 2 engage in anything they do because spending time trying 2 deal with myself which makes me feel selfish !! xxx

My OH shut himself down from last Saturday til last night. He is like you fed up and cant be bothered to talk to people. I hope it gets better for you. As you know there are some lovely people that are on here to speak to you. I hope it eases for you. x
