3 years ago I was diagnosed with underactive thyroid started taking the meds and developed anxiety down to hallucinating, docs all thought it would get better with my thyroid meds but it hasn't.I never feel anxious but get all the symptoms like tingling,a buzzing feeling throughout my body dizzy turns you name it ive had it and its driving me insane waking up everyday wondering what kind of day its going to be .im taking Prozac but obviously prefer diazepam which docs don't like to give.Is there ever any relief from this horrid illness x

  • Welcome fion

There is a way , it takes time & small steps , but we all will get there & with this site everyone relates & supports each other , which is a big help

Have you thought about talking to the GP again , maybe the meds are not working or some counselling could be a way to go
