hope ur all doing ok this morning, think I may stay in bed abit longer lol I was fine last night YIPEEEE i asked myself wats the worst that cud happen if I had a panic attack? My answer was add fear to it. Anyway I hope u a'll have a nice anxious free day xxx

Good for you when I awake when very tired I sometimes feel panic come on and now I just think it away breath and relax it works for me
