just a rant..

hi all,still feeling down,tired,and anxious,its been so long from i felt good,i have just accepted my illness and live my life accordingly.i cry when i want,go to bed when i'm tired,go out if i can,i live each day,depending on how i feel,i have given up pretending to be alright when im not,Ijust don't care anymore,this anxiety is with me 24/7 ,I have tried everything to get rid of it,sorry about the long rant,but i've accepted i'm never going to get better...hope all my friends on here are making better progress than I am, god bless you all.xxxx

I am sorry you feel so low & feel you have come to a stage where you have to accept this is the way you feel now

I no I have had times when I have felt so low I have thought that way , but then I get up again & say no , I wont let this happen , the strength comes back from some where

I no you say you have tried everything , but lots on here have had to try more than once o before things seemed to get better me included

We are here to try & support you the best we can & when you find that energy we will encourage you all the way
