Yeah I try breathing..I agree worse feeling ever I have them daily ATM....it makes me conscious of my breathing always a frightening way to live...think the meds have worsened it

I no its hard as well trying to concentrate on breathing when you are having a panic attack , it takes practice ,but can be done & you will eventually get some results , may not feel like it at the moment , but you will
You say it has got worse since meds , if you think this is the case I would go back & see my GP as it may be a possibility & they could look at changing your medication for you

With your breathing, do tummy breathing push your tummy out when breathing in and pull your tummy in when breathing in. Also count in for 5 hold for 2 and breathe in for a count of 7. You need to do this for about 5 mins at least. Hope that's helps xxx
