If you've been checked by your doc for other things and your all clear it is a symptom of anxiety I get it on hot or humid days when i get a fan blowing over me Seems to help or as you say when I get tired wish you well .....Mel

I don't know how long you've felt like this but I was breathless couldn't catch a full breath thought the worst as we do had all the tests nothing but it got better one day just like that , that's what's annoying about anxiety I remember reading something once ," I know worrying works bcos everything I worried about happening never happened" now I don't worry about my breathing I get my credit card bill out and worry about that instead and that takes my mind off my breathing......you take care .....Mel

I haven't been able to breathe in properly most of the time for about 6 weeks now.

For the last 5 weeks it has been driving me crazy and in my mind all the time. Now i have my test results and the same as you, they are okay,

So i have learnt the past few days to accept it, it's part of the anxiety and will go in time. It's because your body is in this sensitised condition with hormones and adrenaline causing it to not work as it should. It's hard to say ignore it but that is honestly what you have to do. I ignore it and when i do notice it i just think, ah there it is, but refuse to give it any more of my time. It's like a spot, it's there, it will go, just accept its there and live with it.

Accept it and you will be surprised that you will go through stages where you have completely forgotten it is there.
