Mine too. Felt OK getting ready for a Work Programme review then, big surprise, felt terrible driving there, walking to the door and waiting. I nearly bottled out, felt so anxious and dizzy too. Stayed there in the waiting area, very quiet for a change, saw my Advisor and felt much better.
Hi Agora, well done :)...ive had a bad day but feel better now i'm home.
