Left arm.............

Does anyone ever get a numb left arm and then a feeling as if it's went into cramp?

I wake up with mine numb & my hand , & sometimes when I have been sat it will go numb

Its the ciruclation , I bet you will have been sat or lent on it , & not noticed

I haven't say on my hand I'm litterally just sitting here on my couch and it goes numb, or weird feeling, it's so hard to describe. It comes and goes

I went on my sons computer earlier , I am on Windows 7 he is on 8 , of his I could but not of mine & lots more been having the same prob

I no what you are saying about the arm , but same here , now even the elbow , you just have to be slightly on it , all holding your arm a bit funny (its hard to explain ) but you just get a nerve & it will cause it

I sometimes have to move my hand about to get the sensation back & circualtion

Try no to worry cos I no what you are thinking , but I really dont think it is

Ifit keeps happening & you havnt already nxt time you see your GP you can ask , but I am sure they will say the same

See I've been using my IPhone and to be honest the site is easier to use via my phone. I do think the arm thing is anxiety related, cos if I'm up and about it's not so bad.

Yes, I get that a lot, Ashley. WhyWhy is almost certainly right, you'll have been leaning on it.

If it continues though it might be worth checking whether you've hurt your neck as that can cause it too.

Try not to worry, it's unlikely to be anything sinister. It's one of the real pains of health anxiety ~ we're hypersensitive to every little sensation and it preys on our minds for ages

I couldn't agree with it more...I went for a massage a few weeks ago and the lady said that my left side was so tense and full of little bumps, she spent ages on it, think ill have to go back lol xx
