weakness in left arm

Has anyone experienced a weak shooting pain going up their left forearm? I haven't worked out my arms in a few days and I'm not sure if this is a worrisome symptom or not

trying watching some chill videos on youtube about consciousness and positive thinking, it'll help, plus most likely you'll fall asleep,

I'm having tingling in my left pinky finger right now it been on and off for 3 days now I haven't had this before its feeling me out
