As you can probably tell (from my now three post in the past few days) I have really bad health anxiety.
Now another symptom has cropped up. First of all I'll tell you all that I have been to my GP and he's given me Propranolol to take for my anxiety and I've also had blood tests which came back clear. Back to the 'symptom', my left arm has been feeling sort of detached, like it's not there, this feeling comes and goes every now and then but I'm just getting more and more worried about it.
Anyone else feel this or have similar issues?

I have health anxiety as well and I can remember this happening before with my arms, but a few months later its gone and something else is causing me anxiety. I don`t think you should be worried about it...
This is definately anxiety this was my first symptom the first time I suffered from anxiety and depression and Im here to tell you now stop ruminating TRUST ME when I tell you this from experience I suffered from anxiety and depression once before this is my second time I'm suffering the more you stress your mind the more it will tell it's self your stressed until stress is in every last one of your body system your creating stress on top of stress on top of stress and its only gonna get worse take control over your mind don't let it control pray pray pray to GOD and go about your day like nothing is happening it will be hard I know but u got to this is the only way you will heal be around spiritual people trust me this is how I was cured the first time I suffered only 8 years later to suffer again with the same symptoms but worse but I'm coping and praying and being around spiritual guidance again and I know I would be healed
This is how my health anxiety started too. I woke up with a sore left arm one night which led me to google and anyone with anxiety knows DONT GOOGLE YOUR SYMPTOMS! Lol anyway a few days later I had my first huge panic attack which I was sure was a heart attack. I ended up in the ER and was told that everything was fine. After that I was fine until this past November when I had another panic attack but this time I didn't recover from it. I've had constant anxiety since then. Recently it's been daily. I ended up in the ER again this past Thursday bc I was sure I had some sort of heart problem. I've been to the dr, had several ekgs including a 24 hour one. Blood tests, CT scan. Everything says I'm fine. I need to stop feeding it by thinking so much about it.
Exactly keep your mind busy on something else Exercise #1 thing that includes walking When I'm in deep thought is when my symptoms come but when I'm up doing something I don't feel anything
