Worst part of anxiety is definitely the lack of sex drive or appeal in any way shape or form. More so, actually meeting the right person or in fact meeting anyone is a little impossible for me but we live in hope!

Was a big problem for me when I started a totally new relationship after over a decade of abstinence (bolt from the blue). I loved and enjoyed sex when I was young and wanted that feeling back so decided to reduce my dose of venlafaxine to see if I could awaken my desires (how naff does that sound?). It worked, I could achieve orgasm again. Maybe it wasn't only the reduction in meds... I don't know, but it worked.

I know exactly how you feel ivekindalost the motivation and lost the pleasure of having sex and enjoying it but now it feels like a chore feels like I have to do it to keep my partner happy even though I don't feel like it

Working out or some form of exercise might help boost your libido, it generally works in most cases! Make sure you're not over-working yourself though because an overly stressed body is never going to crave sex!! ;)
