Zoloft and sex drive effects question please.

I am a male and have been taking Zoloft for 3 years now. My problem is this. Even though I am a male, this could effect women as well, I think. I get an erection with no problem but I am not able to have a climax. My doctor says this can happen with SSRI's. I got on the net and typed in Antideptressants with lowest rate of sexual side effects:

It said this: Any of these have lowest effects on sexual effects

Bupropion (Wellburin, Aplenzin, Forfivo XL)

Mitrazapine (Remeron)

Vilazodone (Vilbryd)

Can anyone give me any feedback? My wife does not take anything and has multiple climaxes. I'm missing out. If you answer you don't have to say what gender you are as I don't think it matters. I appreciate all of you and love this site.

Hello. I take Wellbutrin and my sex drive is lower than low. I'm only 23 and about to be married and I should be having sex daily but...I have no drive. My fiancé understands however it makes me feel some type of way. All I know to do is either switch medicine or see if there is some kind of enhancer that you can take.

No don't need a enhancer. I use a Doc Johnson cock tie to help keep my cock hard. It does that but when I think I am going to climax nothing happens so no feeling like I would have if I was cumming. Bummer. Congratulations on your upcoming

I've been in sertraline for 2 months now and the doctor warned me that might happen. So, far I haven't noticed much of a change. Drive is still there, climax might take 5-10 minutes longer than normal.

Have you told your doctor yet? He might be able to figure out something to help.
