Hello!
Just wondering if anyone has tried Kalms for their anxiety? Took a trip down to Holland and Barrats today (yes i actually left the house!!!) and the lady suggested I try these, as I can't take Johns Wort due to contraceptives!

they are only supposed to be used for a short time and may clash with other med's.
ask your gp or usual pharmacist.

I was talking to my dr and he advised they take at least a month to have any effect... Just to let you know!
I tried them for a week or two and they did help me get some sleep and helped with the palpitations.
