Does anyone else when sat down get a wave of weirdness feels like someone shaking your brain shakes then your heart races grrrr drives me mad was doing do well until now x

Yes I often feel weird and my heart seems to suddenly blip and a wave goes through my body, it make me feel a bit unsteady and sometimes faintish. I also have a sort of nausea in my tum sometimes. As you say, all is well and suddnely this happens and undermines it all. You are not alone XX cotonroad .
