Got a bit more sleep last night but I've woke up with a warm feeling all over my arms and chest and I'm very aware of my heart beating. I don't know if I'm just over-reacting or if something is wrong, it may even be the anti-depressants.
I'm very tempted to just go to A&E but I don't want to be dramatic

First always consult a doctor or dial 111 (NHS) who can also help
but if there is no actual pain i.e.: sore chest and pain down your left arm also pins and needles then thee is no need for A&E.
Are these tablets new? If so consult your doctors surgery who normally have a 24/7 doctor on call as there could be a side affect.
I normally wake up with the same feeling of heart racing and getting very warm as I tend to wake up having mild panic attacks or something along those lines.
Yeah they are new, on my third day now. I haven't eaten since I started them as I've lost my appetite. I've barely slept.
I tried just lying there and breathing deeply..I can still feel the tight chest but I feel a bit better.

It's good your starting to feel better,.
I can't comment on your medication or what to do with it.
If your really concerned please do call your doctors surgery they will have an out of hours doctor who will be on call and he/she will give you the best advice. Or there is always the 111 NHS helpline with qualified doctors and nurses.
