Very panicky tonight

I don't know what it is about nighttime but over the last few nights ive got panicky in bed...tonight I've resorted to sleeping on the floor. I keep going really warm and feel really sick. I feel all I ever do is moan on here and feel sorry for myself but I'm just so tired of never getting a good sleep. I feel mega done in :-(
