Anxiety through the roof tonight

I feel so stressed out and proper anxious. My little boy isn’t well and I think that’s what’s started it off today, I feel so dizzy and breathless, tingly fingers and feel like I can’t concentrate. I can’t help but watch him, I’ve just been timing his breathing, I feel like I’m going crazy ☹️ 😢

Thank you, I hate it, I’m anxious a lot but when it comes to the kids it’s always so much worse, I had a baby that passed away and I always think it’s going to happen again, think the worst when there ill it’s so draining

Thanks,Before I need to go? He’s ok, well he’s not he’s still poorly but abit more lively than yesterday, went to the doctors on Tuesday with him
