Waking up feeling panicky
every night for the past 2 months
You feel like you're having a heart attack right?
Yes! I'm like yep this is it I'm having a heart attack! 😩 Normally I take a klonopin and it calms me down. If i don't it will just snowball into a huge mess and I'll never get back to sleep
Are you still having these panic attacks?
Yes. This was B12 deficiency for me. It also caused night terrors for me. Completely gone and I don’t wake up with my heart pounding anymore😊 it also caused me severe anxiety that is much better now with B12.
Crikey I better get mine checked!😳
You have just described me, I have had night terrors for over a month, chest tightness and a feeling of dread everyday for 6 months I can’t control it and it’s come from nowhere
Here’s a complete list of symptoms. b12deficiency.info/signs-an...
If your B12 is under 550 (do not supplement four months before testing or it will skew results) then your B12 is low no matter what a doctor says. Treat based on symptoms not levels!
If your body is telling you something is wrong, trust it- don’t rule it out as anxiety if it seems like a symptom. At my worst with B12 deficiency I would have these crazy episodes where I’d become manic and suicidal and sob hysterically. That’s not me at all- I have two little ones and an amazing husband and a good life. But it was my illness. If my husband had taken me to the hospital they would have just given me an antipsychotic. But it all came out of nowhere and it turns out I have an autoimmune disease that causes me to be unable to absorb B12. I found the diagnosis myself because no doctor knew what was going on and I’m on B12 shots now.y mental health is once again completely stable. B12 deficiency is more common than you’d think!
My Ferratin was at 8 last time
Since I taking beta blockers cannot feel heartbeat but anxiety doesn’t come just at night sometimes I will be sitting watching tv so I get up try do something else it’s very scary thou
