extreme anxiety and depression

I have not gotten out of bed for a week. I’m not going to kill myself , but I don’t have much will to live.

so sorry that you are in this situation. If you have a therapist please reach out to them. R U on any meds? If so maybe they need to be tweaked. U R very brave to reach out to us on HU. We are a warm and supportive group. I’m here 4 U.

I have got tinnitus..i think living in a mid terraced house.. caused me stress and could have moved but didn't... then developed tinnitus and am.so depressed I caused my own tinnitus..
