so I’m struggling. I’m struggling with my anxiety and my anxiety about my anxiety. I feel like every time I turn around I feel like I’m short of breath and my heart is racing and I have the driest mouth. Honestly it’s so difficult. I keep trying to push it down and just push through it. I was using an ice pack but I kept falling asleep with it on and it was actually hurting me. I try the breathing exercises and I end up just feeling lightheaded. I feel very isolated and like I can’t really talk about it anymore because everyone’s sick of hearing about my anxiety and how I’m struggling

Pushing things inward is not the best way to deal with our issues. Trust me, one day you won't be able to stuff anymore and things will blow up.
Our personal world has very few people that understand or are patient enough to give the support we need
