Day Light Aspirations

At the advice of my counselor to put aspirations in plain sight, I put 3 post-it notes with the following messages on my picture window:

It’s a New Day

It’s Your Day

One Day at a Time

They really do help relieve stress, anxiety and depression when viewed often. They are based on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy idea that changing your thoughts can change your feelings and behaviors. And, they do.

Enjoy!✍🏻
