Hi! I have always struggled with sleep in the past and for the past 5 weeks I have been on both Ambien 10mg and Prozac 10mg every day. I take Ambien because it is prescribed by my psych and does regular use of Ambien cause feeling of sadness the next day or just tiredness in general? I have been diagnosed with GAD and today was very cloudy which affected my mood. I definitely want to taper off Ambien at some point but so far it's been helping and just worried and afraid it won't work eventually. Any comfort/advice is appreciated!
