Lately my panic attacks have increased and have caused me further health problems like acid reflux so my doctor prescribed me 10mg Prozac and I’m terrified to take it knowing the possible side effects and other side effects I’ve had from past antidepressants I’ve tried.
How do I get over the fear of the possible side effects and over analyzing anything I feel and getting myself into a panic thinking everything is a side effect?
I guess therapy would help possibly to put your fears in check...hope you give your meds a chance if doctor thinks you need them....prozac is different I believe than SSRI's
Hi,don’t read the side effects leaflet,see how you feel in yourself otherwise you will convince yourself,and get anxious,good luck.
I think therapy would be good. I'm currently taking Prozac and Remron. I have to say other than blurred vision I like how I feel.
I tried remaron the last time I took antidepressants and I was extremely sedated
I’ve recently developed acid reflux daily it seems from anxiety. New symptom after experiencing for 7 months pretty severely. It’s sucks, won’t take anti depressants due to a pill phobia. I suggest watching Barry Mcdonagh on YouTube or Matt Khan starting with “a way out of pain”. They both have brought me comfort ❤️❤️
