Muscle weakness? Muscular dystrophy. Stroke. Chest pain? Heart failure. Heart disease. SOB? Lung disease. It doesn’t make sense. I want to feel normal, I want to feel like I belong in this world. I want to live a normal life. I want to be able to live the rest of my life without so much worry. I have way too much ahead of me to be so worrying about this stuff.

God speed to you!! We all have problems!

You’ll be okay!!

Best regards to you!!

Excellent advice about having a complete medical assessment for your peace of mind. You also have a baseline of your physical health in case of something actually going wrong.Since you are neither a mind reader or a doctor, remind yourself these are only thoughts, not facts.

If hypochondria is really making your life too difficult, a mental health professional can help with some talk therapy over 4-6 sessions.

Wishing you peace and happiness for the holidays
