Hello. I joined becuase I am in a long waiting process to receive help from a professional and I haven't any kind of community let alone friends to lean on. I haven't been formally diagnosed yet but with the amount of suffering i've endured over the past two years i can only imagine what they may find. I believe i am suffering from an anxiety and or panic disorder and was hoping to share my long and complicated story with anyone who has or is dealing with this themselves.
