I couldn’t spend time with her for a week due to work pressure, which led to a fight. I thought giving her some space would help her understand. We didn’t talk for a month, and after that time, I assumed she would be okay and talk to me like before. But now, she doesn’t feel any love for me; in fact, she seems to hate me. I begged her, even fell at her feet, and did everything I could, but she still hates me.

I got a panic attack and i was admitted in a hospital. She knows but she doesn’t give a any concern

Breakups are hard. I'm sorry you're hurting.

Take some time away from her. Give yourself some time for self care (not the destructive kind mind you). Let her reach out to you when she is ready. If, after some time, she doesn't at least call. We'll then who needs a partner who doesn't understand the need to work? How else do the bills get paid?

Thank you for your words. I don’t see this as a breakup. A breakup is when two people mutually agree to let go of each other. In my situation, I’m still here, but she’s not.
