I’m sorry for your struggles.
I do hope you have been able to reach out to medics previously and receive the help you deserve. As they would be the professionals who can guide and recommend for your individual needs...please don’t struggle alone if you are not safe and reach out for help.
When I feel anxious I listen to YouTube meditation videos by Jason Stephenson or Michael Sealey. They have a lot of choice , an example of one here youtu.be/hvOgpzRJxJg
I’m not sure what country you are in. If it’s uk then the Samaritans can be helpful to speak to, it’s a freefone number 116123, if your not in uk I hooe there is a similar charity for you to call and chat, it’s confidential and it does help to chat I find..

I’ve felt so rubbish this weekend...I’m slowly slowly feeling a little better but not great....it’s horrible.

MadyH, if the treatment only made it worse, then it's the wrong approach in dealing with your panic attacks. Don't give up. There are many avenues you can take. It's a matter of finding out what works best for you. A therapist should be able to help you. Sometimes it takes a little medication for a short time to get your panic attacks under control while you search for these tools to help you. It is not a defeat but a step forward in not staying stuck. Wish you well Mady. xx
I’m sorry you are feeling down Mady! I know it’s really hard when you feel anxious and depressed you just want to talk yourself out of it but it’s not that easy. I’m also in the U.S. I know talking to someone is really hard l, it is for me, but I really hope you have a parent or grandparent or an adult that you can open up to about how you’re feeling. Are you taking any medication? Not that I think medicine is the best answer but it may help get you started on feeling better anyway. I am praying for you!
I have suffered from anxiety most of my life and I can understand the feeling of wishing for death. It is not that I wanted to die, it was just that I wanted the anxiety to stop. It put a lot of strain in my body. I recommend seeing a psychologist and psychiatrist. I myself will be starting therapy next week. I am not a huge fan of medication but sometimes it is necessary to help us cope.
