baby steps

I got out of bed, did a couple dishes, got dressed, even though I was going to sit on the couch most of the day like usual, brushed my teeth, even flossed today. No big deal for some, but big feats for me!

That's awesome. It's okay to feel proud when you have achieved something. Even if it doesn't seem a lot compared the others . But it's definitely a big achievement when you are really struggling.

Congrats on taking it one step at a time! I go through this too, and it feels good when I can motivate myself to do one little thing. Hugs coming your way!🤠🤠

I get it. Go through this everyday. Just finally got out of bed after hours of being awake with anxiety just thinking of dealing with the day ahead. Not doing anything now. You encouraged me to brush my teeth and get dressed and may be to out walking close by to get coffee so I can at least get out. Struggle every minute. Thank you!

Thanks again. Got out for coffee. May be a shower and shave next. You helped me today. People don’t get it. I’m a retired licensed health professional and they don’t get it either. Unless you have experienced it nobody will really understand it well.
