Who i am or who am i?

I dont knw who i am or who am i? I dont knw my reality. Is wat tiws said, thats my reality, or is wat my family said that's my reality or is wat my frnds said thats my reality or is wat my docs said thats my reality? I can't think anymore, im scared of the real world or this world, my brain starts trembling. Im afraid of something, of watever tiws said...its all very scary. Is surrender the option? But Wat to surrender then? Death is solution but not an option so cant try it. I'm scared of light, I like darkness, I want to hide myself where? I don't know but I want to. Noone can help me, I know but even I can't help myself. So who's left? HE, will HE help me? Yes, may be. But what to do to make HIM help me? Prayer? Yes, prayer only prayer can make HIM help me. I pray YOU, I beg of YOU to help me, to clear this foginess, to help me to realise who am I?
