Hi, I would like to ask you a question.
Lately, I was overthinking a lot, I had anxiety and some other issues that I can't really define. I wore here, I read online and I found some very helpful people on Tiktok (at least for this the app could be useful). But sadly, what I read, heard of watched didn't match my vision of it, my idea, my way of doing things, my way of seeing life. It helped me, but like 55%.
I started thinking and realised that I have the solutions. Tried to journal it, but my thoughts go so fast, that I couldn't write it all without forgetting the next thing and then I starts talking all alone. I imagined that I have a camera in front of me and people who love me hear me and see me. Then I started talking to "them". Giving "them" advices. And in the end I felt so good. So relaxed.
Now I'm thinking about starting doing this, but with a real camera Infront of me, so I can rewatch and hear again my words, my point, my opinion and hopefully help somebody else.
I am a bit afraid of posting online though, knowing that my face and voice will be involved. You probably have much more experience than me in everything, so I would love to hear your opinion!
