My Twin has passed away

oh my gosh, my anxiety is out of control, my Twin died 3 weeks ago, suddenly and unexpected, she is still with the coroner as she was seen in A&E on the Monday and sent home on bed rest, she died early hours of Wednesday, so there is a big investigation going on. It looks like she had a massive stroke, my nephew her son found her in bed and did cpr but it was to late she was gone. I’m totally devastated and finding it very hard to cope, I’m scared to go to sleep in case the same happened to me. I’m so lost and made myself feel very unwell. The doctor isn’t very sympathetic, he just wanted up my antidepressants which I did but it made me feel so bad. I’m sorry for rambling just don’t know what to do. Can’t talk to my husband as he is newly diagnosed with cancer. Just want it all to stop. Thank you for reading. Anxiety is so dibilatating.

Oh, Cimmy, I am so sorry. I never had a sibling, but someone said it's like losing half of yourself.

I hope it can be dealt with soon; It's hard waiting for all the paperwork before you can arrange a funeral. Done that too many times already. My thoughts and best wishes go with you ,
