feeling lost and alone

hello folks,

Having a tough time with work stress, some health worries and to top it off I have a driving test next month.

This is driving my anxiety into overdrive and making my depression worse than ever.

I have a partner but we are long distance. I feel I cannot talk to him because the only solution is to invite me over for you know what.

I wish he would just understand how that makes me feel. I don't think he cares about me as a human just a bit of fun every now and then.

Maybe search out local for a more caring partner?

Either way try best to use your techniques or ask people on here to remind you of some that will help you get through this difficult time.

thank you for the kind comment, I appreciate it . Unfortunately I find it hard to find a decent partner these days. My age is against me

what got me thinking of you was that he doesn’t really care about you as a human. It’s definetly not as easy as we get older to date . I’m 67 and in that world-so I guess take from it what you can and don’t worry about true feelings but I hope it’s ok that I pray and wish for you for him to care more
